Frequently Asked Questions

My progress disappeared. Game progress is stored on your device. Changing devices or reinstalling the app may reset it. If iCloud (iOS) or Google Auto Backup (Android) is enabled, it may be restored from a backup.

I don’t want to see ads. Ads are not shown during the initial period for new users. (Paid options such as ad removal are planned for a future update.)

I want to delete my data. You can delete on-device data via “Reset progress” in the app settings, or by uninstalling the app. You can disconnect game services (Game Center / Play Games) in your platform account settings. For further requests, email us at the address above.

How are leaderboard scores recorded? If you sign in to Game Center (iOS) / Play Games Services (Android), your streak and total puzzles solved are submitted to the leaderboard. Sign-in is optional.
